Rzecz o warsztatach
W programie m.in. joga na drzewie, pranajama nad morzem i regeneracja z elementami Restorative Yogi wg Judith Hanson Lasater.
Za motto warsztatu posłużą mam cytaty z książki autorstwa Judith “A Year of Living Your Yoga” (wyd. Rodmell Press, Berkeley, California 2006):
“MAY 29 I actually own nothing, therefore I am the steward of everything.
Living your yoga: What would the world be like if we treated everything as something we had borrowed, something we had to give back? Since we do, indeed, have to give back everything when we die, today treat yourself, everyone you meet, nature, animals, and all objects that you handle with the respect due them as things borrowed.
MAY 30 Make friends with your fears because they shape your life.
Living your yoga: We put things into two categories: what we love and what we fear. Today spend a quite moment to clarify a fear that frequently arises in your mind. Give this fear an inward Namaste, not because you like it, but to honor the power that this fear has to shape your life. Allow the fear to relax if only a little bit.
MAY 31 I can only be afraid if I am thinking about the future.
Living your yoga: Even in moments of greatest danger, we are not afraid if we focus in exactly what we must do in that moment. Fear arises when we think about what might happen or what could have happened. Today when you fell afraid, note that you are thinking of the future. Take a breath (or several), and settle into now.”
